NEXUS has been approved by the Home Office as an endorsing body for the purpose of Startup and Innovator visas.
Endorsement by NEXUS for a Startup or Innovator Visa enables the best and brightest creative talent to work in the UK's cutting-edge creative and digital sector.
As a network-driven, incubator for creative and Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance (“ESG”) aligned founders, NEXUS is in the Business of Creativity, scaling entrepreneurs within the Creative and Digital Industries from start up to high growth and prosperous organisations, with a global network of members, business support and workspace facilities.
If you're exceptionally talented or show exceptional promise in creative and digital and you're keen to work in the UK, NEXUS could be a great option for you.
The Startup and Innovator visa routes are operated as a closed (selective) application process. Read on to find out more about what type of businesses and startups we’re currently looking for and more information about the visa application process:

You will need to first complete our ENDORSING BODY APPLICATION FORM.
If you do not have a Business Plan, we will consider you for endorsement and encourage all interested to still complete this form.
Once your information/Business Plan have been reviewed by our registrations team and our qualifying criteria has been met, a NEXUS ESG Startup Programme Manager will make contact within 14 working days. The Programme Manager may request further information and / or advise of next steps.
If you do not receive any reply within 14 working days, then your application has unfortunately not been successful.
NEXUS considers applications for those operating in the Creative & Digital (tech) Industries.
To be considered for endorsement for either the Start-Up / Innovator Visa, applicants will need to be a SIGNED-UP ‘Incubate’ member of NEXUS and will be required to complete the 8 week online NEXUS ESG Startup Programme. Due to the overwhelming demand and limited capacity it is strongly recommended that applicants signup for the Incubate membership as soon as possible.
Subject to the final business plan review, at the end of the NEXUS ESG Startup Programme, five applicants that have excelled in meeting the criteria will be supported with endorsement.
